Advanced large scale gene expression profiling – focus on miRNAs, ChIP-on-chip and whole genome sequencing
The advanced large scale gene expression profiling course is continuation to the previous basic course held at Turku Centre for Biotechnology in 2004. We will focus on miRNA detection, ChIP-chip method and whole genome sequencing analysis. The course is subdivided into two parts: workshop and symposium. Each day will be dedicated to a specific topic. The workshop will end with a minisymposium with leading experts in the field as speakers.
